If you use any of the energy healing modalities, please join us! We will spend a few minutes
getting to know one another, then we will take turns on the massage tables, healing and getting healed. After all, who heals
the healers?
If you have a portable massage table, please bring it along.
Healing modalities include but are
not limited to: Reiki, Hands of Light, Healing Touch.

What
is Reiki?
Reiki is a subtle, gentle hands on healing energy which can help reduce stress in people
of all ages. Reiki restores health
by replenishing and rebalancing the recipients’ vital energy. Reiki is a non-invasive treatment,
which is extremely relaxing to receive. It works at a deep level to relieve
the body of physical and emotional tension to bring about a
balance of mind, body and spirit.
Working as a Reiki Master 3rd degree for 15 years,
Ardath's clientele consist of people suffering with aches and pains associated with daily living, pre-natal women, children
and babies, people recovering from surgery and cancer. Ardath also works with companion animals.
Note:
If clients with health conditions wish to be treated with Reiki or massage therapy, it should be done under the supervision
of their health care professional. Now Offering Massage Therapy
Fridays and Saturdays from
12 noon to 5pm.
