Reiki 1 - Beginner - $180
One Day Class - Friday, September 21st - 10am to 5pm - 8 Continuing Education Hours-NCBTMB
Reiki 1 is the foundation course for activating the
Reiki flow in your hands. This course is ideal for anyone wanting to increase their vitality and energy and reduce stress.
Reiki is so easy to use that it is ideal for lay people who are not familiar with natural health and methods of healing as
it provides an excellent foundation for exploring other types of modalities. The Workshop is very experiential with
exercises, practice and sharing of techniques and ideas. Reiki 1 as taught by Ardath is about returning the
self to its innately calm and harmonious flow. Her workshops are focused on encouraging and activating the natural healing
ability that we are all born with and guiding students in how to self heal through the gentle hands-on-healing art of Reiki.
You will learn breathing techniques, meditation skills and simple tools to manifest more positive and good in your life in
a non-judgmental, relaxed and open atmosphere. Who can benefit? Essentially, anyone living in the modern world
and suffering on any level (physical, mental or spiritual) from conditions arising from today’s manifold challenges
and who wants to find inner peace and balance. Reiki is a truly simple technique and anyone can be attuned to it! Ardath
has over 19 years experience working with people with many challenges including those suffering from back pain, anxiety/depression,
addiction and heart attacks. Both children and the elderly have benefited from her treatments as well as those in all
ages in between. She loves teaching and is delighted and honored to accompany you on your new adventure! Learn to practice
Reiki on yourself, family and friends. Here is the outline for the class: - Class Preparation- Get to class
on time. It is recommended to avoid alcoholic drinks for three days day prior to and three days after class. Wear comfortable
clothing made of natural fibers (cotton, wool, silk, etc.) This is a full day class, don't forget to eat breakfast.

Meet your instructor (Reiki Master) and fellow classmates. This is the time for getting comfortable in your classroom , briefly
chatting with your classmates.

- Definition of Reiki- Universal Life Energy - defining what is it.
- Pre-Reiki
hands-on experience- Notice your hands, is there any energy flow?
- Receive attunements 1 & 2
- Share attunement
experience with class.
- Post-attunement hands-on experience.
- Learn self-treatment hand positions.
- Give
yourself a full self treatment.
- History of Reiki- Who are Dr. Usui, Dr. Hayashi, and Mrs. Hawayo Takata?
- Lunch
break.
- Receive attunements 3 & 4
- Share time.
- Learn hand positions to give a Reiki treatment to
others.
- Group Reiki- Everyone takes turns receiving a Reiki treatment.
- Class Ends- At the end of the day you
are Reiki Level 1. Your attunement to Reiki energy is permanent. Reiki is a balancing energy......drink lots of extra water
for the next few days to aid your body in balancing. You are to be congratulated for having given yourself such a wonderful
gift.

Education Hours-NCBTMB The eight hour course of instruction consists of an introduction to Reiki
and a summary of the history of Reiki. You will be given supervised instruction in the use of hand positions for treatments
which we have found to be especially effective for recipients. We emphasize essential practices for caregivers in caring for

Usui Reiki II - Intermediate - see dates below. Class is held from 10am-4pm each day. $320 12 Continuing Education Hours-NCBTMB
Pre-requisite
- Reiki I certification. Please call or email with any questions.
Reiki II is an uplifting 2-day course for those successfully completing Reiki I.
We usually suggest a minimum of three months is required to integrate Reiki I.
Strengthen
your Reiki skills and Reiki energy and learn how to expand your use of Reiki. This is a powerful
workshop that includes the important Reiki II symbols and distant healing techniques. Through increased self-awareness and considerably more class interaction the course includes: Reiki II Class is taught in two separate sessions, each are approximately 5 hours long.
It is preferable to teach in two consecutive days.
First Reiki II Class Session

Second Reiki II Class Session
- Draw the symbols and write the names of the symbols for the instructor.
- Review the use and power of each symbol.
- Receive attunement.
- Experience the increased flow of the Reiki by placing the symbols into your body.
- Discuss
how Reiki has to be brought into the physical before it can be used.
- Learn the step by
step formula of using the symbols in sending Reiki long distance.
- Practice sending absentia
Reiki.
- Learn how to use surrogates as a focusing tool for distance healing.
- Learn how Reiki can be sent into the past or the future.

- End of Class - Congratulations, You are Reiki Level II.
